“Biscuit Mondays” started because I wanted a better local breakfast option on Mondays—and the neighborhood deserved better. So we filled the gap with something simple: warm biscuits, real ingredients, and a small family team that shows up with love. Every Monday from 7–9AM, we bring a tight, rotating menu of biscuit sandwiches and seasonal specials to Midtown Sacramento.
